Asbestos Liability Risk Analysis Group
Asbestos litigation has bankrupted scores of otherwise viable companies. This trend continues and investors need sound business advice. As members of the Asbestos Liability Risk Analysis Group, we assist business, insurance and financial clients in predicting future asbestos liability. The ALRA Group has a proven track record in counseling companies about asbestos liability risk management strategies.

New Asbestos Claims Report Released

The Asbestos Liability Risk Assessment Group (ALRA Group) is pleased to announce the June 1, 2015 publication of its most recent white paper, "Update and Review: 2013 and 2014 New Case Filing Summary and Analysis" containing new data about recent case filings, and the rapidly-developing changes and trends in asbestos cases. In addition to ALRA’s sought-after filing trends data, these papers contain the latest information on disease mix trends, the portability of mesothelioma cases, the MDL docket and bankruptcy trust developments. The ALRA Group provides informed, timely, and sophisticated advice to defendants, potential defendants, the insurance and reinsurance industry, financial institutions, financial analysts, and policymakers, with respect to asbestos liability and its related risk assessment issues. This latest Report complements ALRA’s report released on April 15, 2012 on "Hidden Asbestos Liability in Corporate Transactions and Acquisitions."
